Scouts BSA - Troop 668

Troop of the Eagles - Escondido, California

Throughout the year, Troop 668 has a wide variety of activities to keep scouts motivated, learning, and moving along the path to Eagle Scout.

General Information

TROOP MEETINGS (MONDAYS 7-8:15PM)

Three times a month, all scouts meet together for a Troop Meeting, which includes patrols of varying ages and ranks. The meetings are a time for scouts to learn leadership, practice skills, and make great friends. The scout-led meetings are filled with activities, which allow scouts to complete badges and work toward rank advancement. All scouts must wear their uniform to the meetings. Meetings are held at: First Methodist Church 341 S. Kalmia Street Escondido, CA 92025

OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES

Once a month the troop has some sort of outside activity. Whether it be hiking, camping, a visit to a place of interest, or volunteering for those in need these outings provide a time away from the formality of the meetings to bond, learn, and grow.

COURT OF AWARD

Every three months, scouts are awarded their badges and ranks. This is an exciting evening for the scouts and their families to receive recognition for all their hard work.
